We will offer you training and guidance for the tools used on the programme but it is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is capable of handling modern web-based applications. As a rule of a thumb, most computers bought in the last 4 years should be sufficient for the programme. A microphone / headset and a webcam are desirable but not required for the live synchronous seminars. You will also need a reliable internet connection. We highly recommend a broadband connection or equivalent and consider a speed of 1Mb/s to be a reasonable minimum. If you’re not sure what your connection speed is, check with your internet provider.
