Tuition Fees

Tuition fees for the academic year 2025/26 have been set at £6,370 for both home and overseas students and are set by the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine.  The fees quoted are for one year of study only and are payable at time of matriculation. Students will also be given the option to pay fees in three instalments. A direct debit mandate must be completed by the student and the first instalment of 50% paid at the time of matriculation.  Two further payments of 25% will be taken in early December and early February.

Graduate Discount Scheme

The University offers a 10% discount in postgraduate tuition fees for all alumni who have graduated with an undergraduate degree from the University of Edinburgh. The Graduate Discount Scheme applies to both home and overseas students, and applies to the self-funding element of the postgraduate tuition fee.
