Paediatric Emergency Medicine MSc student gives back to community

During studies with CSTO one hope is that students are able to take the information back to their own working environment.

One student from the Paediatric Emergency Medicine MSc has done exactly that.  Gifty works in a hospital in Ghana. Her progress on the programme was noted by the hospital hierarchy and through discussions she was able to help develop a separate paediatric emergency unit (PEU).  Gifty has also been showing others how to improve their technique through staff training sessions.

We would like to congratulate Gifty on her hard work and dedication not only to her studies, but to improving the paediatric services in her own environment.
