The Clinical Sciences Teaching Organisation has oversight of a number of different programmes within Edinburgh Medical School. They are also responsible for policy-making, quality assurance, approving concessions, degree programmes and progression decisions. Staff and facilities are based at the Edinburgh BioQuarter, the Western General, the Royal Edinburgh Hospital and the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People and the Lauriston Building.
