We recently provided some of our patients & visitors with a patient satisfaction survey to find out the areas we could improve & their experience at our Edinburgh Imaging Facility RIE. Image Entrance to the Edinburgh Imaging Facility RIE. We have been working to improve our visibility online & at the Little France campus where we are located, for some time now. With many different buildings & imaging centres spread across the Little France campus, we have sometimes been hard to find! We have made multiple changes to improve our visibility, such as: Added & improved on signage throughout the Little France campus & Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Updated our Google facility listings Updated patient appointment letters with directions to the facility, including a map of the campus With these changes, we wanted to hear from our patients & visitors if these changes had a positive impact on their journey & experience at the facility, whether it was their first visit or had been before. We were pleased to see that from the patients & visitors who completed our survey: 81% found our Edinburgh Imaging Facility RIE easily 92% were satisfied with their visit 90% found that no improvements could be made We also received multiple comments regarding how helpful & friendly our EIF RIE radiographers were, & that they were reassuring, informative & helped to put patients at ease. We appreciate the feedback & reviews that we receive in person & on our Google facility listings, therefore if you do visit our facilities please leave us some feedback in person or on Google.
