You should be a radiographer, ideally with cross sectional imaging experience. Experience in research & CT &/or MRI imaging is desirable (Cardiac CT/MRI in particular). Training will be provided if necessary. The vacancy is to work within our core areas of PET-CT & CT or MRI & PET-MRI. There will be the opportunity to expand to all areas as you gain experience. Your role will be to support both research & clinical activity. This primarily includes imaging tasks, but also data management, administration & additional support for research projects. You would be employed on an NHS Agenda for Change contract. NHS work is in conjunction with RIE Radiology. Research Imaging is in support of University Academic research as well as NHS & commercial clinical trials. You should have technical expertise & knowledge, along with a methodical & organised approach to your work. The ability to work within a close team is essential & you must be committed to providing the highest quality of service to patients, research participants & colleagues.
