"Having reviewed the revised report from Ruth Strudwick, our appointed assessor, once she had been granted full access to the online platform, the College of Radiographers Approval  & Accreditation Board (AAB) recommended approval of the Intra Orbital Reporting Course, Edinburgh Imaging Academy to the College Board of Trustees (CBoT).

CBoT has now accepted this recommendation and I am pleased to confirm that the course has now been approved. In line with all our short courses approval has been granted for 2 years with effect from the 2015/2016 academic year and will, therefore, be due for reapproval prior to the 2017/2018 academic year."

"Unfortunately the Board cannot accredit courses such as this. Applicants will apply for registration with a qualification that is assessed at the time of application & the Committee will determine registration eligibility. Qualification assessments are done upon application as each is assessed on a case by case basis. Practitioners have the choice to select their own online material to fulfil CPD requirements. Regrettably the Board cannot influence the choice of course to undertake as it is their preference."
